1) Please how do i check the number of subscribers per RNC and the traffic per RNC?

2) Also how do i compare 2 different network snapshots, say for January and May to see changes on discrepancies in network parameters because i'm currently having 3G to 2G HO issues.

2. Extract dump to Excel sheet then lookup for the others
