I did it once. Gosh, which operator still uses 2202? Its like a century ago. You've got to do some physical modification with the RBS by cutting the top cover. I have the hardcopy for edge upgrading, not the softcopy. Anyway here is the SOFTCOPY (http://www.sendspace.com/file/ykc00x) I have regarding RBS 2202.

yeah 2202 is still used in the phil. I'm still a newbie & im interested in learning the old one's just in case i encounter some problems that requires re-commissioning the 2202..i'm looking forward in learning what you just shared. i'll be downloading it as soon as i got home. thank you

I am O&M of sun cellular in North Luzon here we uses 2216/21126/2216 v2 and 2116 v2. these is more updated than vismin....

They are not the same. In fact, they are absolutely different. The cabling, CDU, TRU (not dTRU), PSU, even the way to do commissioning is a bit cumbersome. 2202 is way behind 2206.
Maybe you should try one, Bro. You'll get the headache I used to have :D.

there is plenty country still uses 2202...
in my country few RBS 2202 still uses.
