if you are not working deeply related to academic, no need to hurry. Some books is hot at few months published. they will be shared soon.
keep tracking on some sites recommended by ncinta, they will find you soon.

I agree with you. It is So Expensive if we pay 5 credit for 1 chapter of book.

5 points is a chick, the problem is wasting time to read this kind of book for routine working. this book is an optional reference. Screening the whole book, at each chapter you can find the alternative at which better actually. for example, chapter one (radio propagation channel):
