1. Combined GSM/UMTS/LTE Monte-Carlo simulator
2. Support for CDMA2000 EV-DO Rev.B
3. Enhanced ACP for GSM, UMTS, LTE and WiMAX

The first version (3.1) is not stable, and often crashes. I recommend wait for next release.
