is it possible to have a wireless CATV via cellular towers? i think is is an advantage to a place where it is prone to power interruption.

2. In cellular site, what type of equipment are we going to used to broadcast CATV signal and retransmit it to other cellular sites?
3. What encryption we are going to used in order to monitor the subscriber?
