You want distory company log please save company reputation.

to remove startup or any other pictures from any software or to change it , just use exescope.
open the main executable file into exescope,
goto bmp section and just change the existing bmp file with your own.
save the exe after changes and you are done with customized logos and pictures patched into the software.
but this is not the thing we are working for.
