This is a Mix of RAN 10 and RAN 11, There are only deployment and some NodeB stuffs for RAN 12, will be sharing soon.

Contents are like,

WCDMA UE behaviors in Idle Mode
Power Control
Handover
Admission Control
Load Control etc...
