Hello,
personally i have a problem in the RRC drop with a huge value (20%) especially for the bi freq cell, even with a good CSSR and DCR for all the service
I'm working under ALU UA7, have you any idea about the solution of that problem?

Actually , there is reasons for RRC release from that you can know the reason why the RRC being dropped.

We need to check what kind of RRC release first then we have to analyze the root cause for that kind of RRC release later.

after checking the counters, i found that the mean reason is : "Unspecified + SCCP release cause".
in statistic we can see : DCR_RRC ~ %_RRC_Release_Unspecified.
Have you a solution for that?

the bi-freq cell doesn't use the same SC, can this create this problem?
I remember that we have good CSSR & DCR for all the service ...

how many time of that drop, and drop is same location?

if drop a little bit and different location, i think is normal.

as i said the RRC drop is very high (20%) during the day, this is concluded from the statistic.
How can you justify this?
