urgently looking for3G Tuning & Optimization Senior Team Leader for 4 months the contract in Northern Africa.
Scope of work :
-Execution of Radio Network Design (RND) work flow for 3G RAN (Design and Initial Tuning) .
-Providing inputs to CPM in relation to staffing requirements for the RND team in case current workload cannot be handled (we have 152 - 3G sites )
-Definition and setup of necessary RND / Test tools (test phones, TEMS, ENIQ reports) and processes
-Definition of corresponding test procedures to secure 3G KPIs agreed with the customer especially for Golden Clusters according to the Contract and a gree with the customer on the drive test routes.
-Coordination of the ASP Drive test teams (SoW definition, allocation of tasks) and post-processing of Drive Test results.
-Definition of Reference KPIs (pre-swap) and comparison with post-swap results, including any necessary corrective actions (including both KPIs delivered by statistic counters and by Drive Tests).
-Co-ordination of the RF Site Survey reviews
-Definition of Clusters and coordination of preparation of Site RF Data Files
-Weekly RND / Tuning progress reports and KPI report .
-Key customer interface for any Radio issues, including customer presentations.
-Day to day management of the RND / Tuning staff assigned to the project and appropriate allocation of tasks.
-Trouble-shooting of any Radio related faults and follow up to completion.
-Competence transfer to the local staff .
-Competences: 3G Radio parameters (knowledge in 2G parameters is a plus) (W10), Radio tools (TEMS), 3G KPIs (knowledge in 2G parameters is a plus), Radio statistics, Radio Design and Initial Tuning process .
