Experts,

what are the regular optimization audits, you are doing on regular basis to have healthy and proper network performance..

Network Auditiong
- annualy you do a report with KPI trend graphs, usually related to mapping - network GIS information ... you can use MapInfo, Arc GIS tools or just mapping part of any good radio planning tool.
You wanna show trends of the most important KPIs for CS and PS part of the network, split over 2G and 3G technologies, as well as you should include a slides with snapshot on 2G/3G network dimensioning and 2G/3G nodes/elements utilization. This audit reports are quite time consuming, so you take your time and make some good preparation. Good luck!

Thanks but I'm not speaking about reporting..

I'm speaking about audits, like doing Neighbors audit to audit (one-way neighbor relaitons), etc

OK, check up for 1way neigbors you can do quickly - once per week and for whole network neighbor optimization you do it once per month, divided to couple of people dependent to size of your mobile network ...
Hope you are happy with the answer !

Every week check stats for dimensioning - SDCCH&TCH&ABIS&etc congestion reports. Every other month check for places where due new site launching TRXs and SDCCH can be removed, check where FR needs to be switched to HR and other way around, time by time export all configuration and check if all parameters that should be the same every where, are really the same. More frequently check parameters who are changed ofter (For example POwer reduction).
Mainly it's all everyday work - check previous day reports and react accordingly and do audit when you feel that it's needed :)
