Dear All

UMAT is Huawei internal toll & it is stand for UMTS Maintain analysis tool

Main function of it ... is to troubleshoot HSDPA rate fluctuation problems & RNC L2 and UE L2 peer entities & IUB flow control performance .

for example ; HSDPA & speed problems (IU, IUB flow control, MAC, RLC-BO ....
You can see the graphic relations between RLC buffer, IUB assigned BANDWIDTH & RB physical rate.... to know directly your problems & the bottleneck location .

Input file for this tool is LMT-trace CDT (hspa or PS user plane) or IOS ...

I'm gonna to make an illustrated User guide for it & upload it next days ... :)

Really thanks for this post. But I could not figure out how to use this tool as the interface is in Chinese language which is beyond my knowledge.
