I don't have a Document but I can recomend you to use ASSET (aircom International) or Schemma Mentor.

Really good tools... specially the Mentor.

SC(3G) and PN(CDMA) can be done by any planning tools, its somehow in line with GSM frequency plan but having more frequency with u
