I can't download Actix

hi all,

i tried to download actix from various links given by our forum but all files are deleted (in megaupload and rapidshare).
I will appreciate the upload of actix install again to rapidshare.
please, i'm in strong need of this tool asap.

all those links are not valid : i found deleted all files from rapidshare
