Dear Expert,


Could you pls share with us? What are the major causes of HSDPA and HSUPA InterRAT failure?

What might be the cause if PS384 is possible but HS cannot?

Do you have the feature that enables compressed mode when using HSPA enabled on your network? Without it the UTRAN will either have to reconfigure to R99 and then perform the cell change (via compressed mode) or the radio link will fail.

Yes we activate the feature. Some border area cells are successfully handover, while some failures.
