This is written in one of those nice ebooks from our forum:

"The time interval between two consecutive attempts is stored in the USIM and is managed by the network operator using a timer. The timer can have a value of between 6 minutes and 8 hours, with a step size of 6 minutes. In the absence of a fixed value, a default value of 30 minutes is used by the UE."

this is the case when operatorA has only his own 3g network and has national roaming on the 2G network from operatorB.

As stated in copied text: attempt back to home network is allowed only after some time ($$$ reason).. obviously that timer is defined in USIM .. but here comes interesting part: "In the absence of a fixed value, a default value of 30 minutes is used by the UE"..

"The time interval between two consecutive attempts is stored in the USIM and is managed by the network operator using a timer".

so..my question is : what is the name of that parameter in NSN dictionary .. I didn't find anything what could be connected with this issue..

anyone has some experience with that ?

regards as always..
