undongled wlscgen 8.2---no emulator needed

Hi, all
Given that some guys try to use undongled wlscgen (but of limited functionality) to make money, I decide to release this undongled wlscgen8.2 which I have finished about half an year ago . for this version, it has been unpacked, no emulator needed, and you can follow my old tutorial to change the vendor code as you want.
just to mention that wlscgen 8.3 can be undongled in a similar way. if you are interested how it can be undongled, simply reverse the undongled wlsgen8.2 that I put here.

a few people ask me to get the tutorial for hardcoding the vendor code. I manage to find it our from my harddrive somewhere, and reupload it again here.
