How to add reputation to useful post?

Today I want to introduce you the way to add reputation to one post.

1. Positive Reputation: For one useful post.

This is how to add positive reputation to one post:
Click to Reputation button:

Then, choose "I appove" Button:
http://i393.photobucket.com/albums/pp13/ptt3i/2.jpg
If you like, write the comment in the empty box.

2. Negative Reputation: For one rubbish.

Similarly, but with the "I disappove" Button.

I think all members need to be known this guide to add positive reputation for useful posts.

And I think reputation system is one system for classifying the distribution of one member of finetopix.
