I want to apprise all the members of this forum about some recent trend regarding password protected contents. Some members are posting and attaching contents not following forum rules properly. They ask for reputation as like quid pro quo which is strictly forbidden in forum's rule.

In the post of Geza (http://www.finetopix.com/99661-post4.html) it is clearly stated.

Rule 4 Password protected files rules

put password in your signature or in your posts or in default password thread
no request pm, no request for add reputation/thanks.

put clear descriptions for your docs/softwares/attachments.
at least let others understand what's your attachments contains.

search same/similar materials before post it
repeated posts will be deleted without warning and the poster will lost 50 credits.

threads/posts do not obey the above rules will be deleted without warning and please do not reply on those threads.

authors of those posts not obey above rules , please modified your posts before 22-9-2010, indicate where can find the password: in the post or in signature or in default password thread.

But there are so many posts like that advising for PM and asking reputation. Its high time to take action against them.

I advocate all of you to follow this rule and make this forum helpful for all.

Good posting, good learning.
