Any one tried LDB? Has it an impact on the network? LDB Timer is per default set to 1800 s. It seems so high. did you recommand it?

I wouldn't recommend it. You must be very careful when playing with CPICH power. if possible use LDR to offload the cell.

I don't recommend it also since many algorithms are depending on CPICH power. many events may occur at the same time for different UEs (event1a, event 1b, event1C and event1d) to any variation of CPICH power and this will make an extra load on the system.

try PUC algorithm is much better and safe.
