Yes include RA, for Tems 10 you can ask ADM ( Geza ) or Fotondiamond.....;)

for this when we do drive test on Benchmarking we need compare 5 operator so we had 1 more but the license can support 4 how can we connect

and for the features please compare with my picture bellow:

In original license, you can purchase maximum 8 connected handsets. So putting 255 is too obvious that it's not original. Especially FULL features, there is NOBODY will buy original license with full features. But it's easier to make 255 + full features though.
