RF ENGINEER – UMTS DESIGN
MUST be able to work in the US as a W2!!!
Senior UMTS RF Design Engineers RF Design Engineer for UMTS network design. Must be proficient in Forsk ATOLL, Mapinfo, and Excel. Must understand the fundamentals of RF design including: Okamura-Hata propagation models, Monte Carlos analysis, UMTS network optimization, and physical site configurations. The RF design experience candidates on CDMA using Planet EV propagation tool will be considered for this position. The candidate must have minimum of 3-5 years of RF design experience on CDMA/WCDMA technologies. I am looking for senior engineers with 10+ years wireless RF experience, well rounded in wireless technology and understands the concepts of link budget, path loss calculation, and wireless air interface design for UMTS technology.

RNDCIQ/RFDS Engineer
MUST be able to work in the US as a W2!!!
Engineer must have minimum of 1 year experience in wireless technology, RF optimization, tuning or data collection in the field - Engineer must have experience of adding/deleting neighbors to cell sites, working knowledge of LAC/SAC/RAC and UARFCN assignments in UMTS technology, - Engineer must have good communication skills - Able to follow direction - Good understanding of design principals - Good understanding in MS Office, Excell and drawing Engineer will be responsible for compiling RNDCIQ information and submitting data to scripting for integrating UMTS sites in the network. Engineer must understand RFD sheet and experience in creating plumbing diagram of UMTS hardware at cell sites.

UMTS TECHNICIAN
MUST be able to work in the US as a W2!!!
Need somebody solid in UMTS with strong E******* experience and knowledge of Down tilts using the Andrews light system software and Smart bias . Dress in accordance with E******* dress code. Possess good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment. Able to speak, read and write in English language. Meet age requirements for all local, state and federal work requirements. Able to read blueprints/floor plan. Able to read simple mechanical electrical MOPS, IMs and instructions. Maintain good housekeeping practices. Able to climb a ladder and work in high places. Able to! lift 50 pounds. CPR First Aid certified. Measure and mark floors, position and assemble iron work and cable rack. Drill floors, install raised floors, install anchors, level, align and secure equipment including earthquake requirement. Stenciling and designation of equipment. Know procedures of working around and on T-mobile equipment.
