recently, the vendor use hardware to perform forcing features, may be your TM compatible phone can not use with forcing features.

Yap...Kamy is right it might be your TM compatible phorne not supported to forcing the lock Channel, what type your TM Phone ?

have you tried lock the phone from the phone keyboard instead use nemo outdoor before start measurement?

some brands (/models) accepts channel lock from the equipement...

ps: nemo family supports other brands excepts nokia? there is another chance to try nemo (handy, outdoor, whatever...) than have a ntm nokia nandset?

In nemo outdoor, you only can lock band.
