I already could install the T2000 Web LCT Sofwave, I just copied folder Web LCT to C unit of my hard disk and clicked on startweblct.bat, this program is into Tomcat folder.

Default password is T2000, but you can change this password, I have a some manuals if you interested.

Web LCT T2000 works, but you can't do aynthing, you need a RTN equipment to configure its parameters.
