help on converting bil to aircom map

I have map, cluster, with *.bil extension and i want to convert it in aircom format with fme desktop. Please if anyone have tutorial or step by step way to do this upload please. Thanks in advance

You better use Global Mapper to convert it to Arc ASCII grid. Then use this (http://www.finetopix.com/mapping-tools/14968-simple-planet-conversion-utility.html#post113122) tool to convert it to asset format.
