It is for processing of RNC&RBS of E******* dump, for cheking consist check on RNC and RBS parameters etc.
It also support processing of GSM CDD and MO dumps

@ suke - create new model window displays host id.

@ art - do you have the passwords for unlocking rule sets .... ??
