convert TEMS cellfile to Actix cellrefs

I don't know how to convert TEMS cellfile to Actix cellrefs.
Pls help me.

you don't need to convert it..just rename your .cellfile to .txt file and load it to actix network explorer..The actix will automatically create it's own cellrefs.
