thanks for your advice.
btw, have you ever using PCTel Seagull connected with nemo outdoor 5..? I already got the driver by search online installation, but actually i can't connected the PCTel seagull to nemo outdoor 5.

It is really hard to diagnose your problem remotely, I would suggest to ask for support from company or person you bought Pctel scanner.
