use 'new comers' forum to post your documents. If they are good then people will upgrade your reputation and you will receive credits (5 credits are taken for each download so you will have to keep topping them up).
Eventually you will be able to download docs but you have to give more than you receive!!!

If you have nothing you will get nothing!!!

If I was you I would post some of your most valuable stuff and you will get to the position you require quite quickly...;)

Happy uploading (use hotfiles.com or other FREE web host. Always give your password if secure archive and briefly describe your docs in the post)
