HUAWEI: SDCCH on E-GSM

Hi All, I'm working on Huawei 2G. Here we're using P-GSM as BCCH and at the same cells using E-GSM for TCH. The restriction is the SDCCH can be assigned only on P-GSM TRX but not on the E-GSM TRX.

Is this a specific Huawei problem?
