how long will OSS database (NSN's 2G&3G database)refresh?

i want to get the status (locked or normal) of 2g(3g) cell by connect to NSN's oracle database.

is the result accuracy?
if no,how to do it so that the database can get the newer status?
and how about the alarm?

如果不准，怎么才能让OSS更准些？
OSS数据库多久才自动更新一次?
有没有办法让它立即更新一下而又不加重服务器负荷?

OSS Database usually was updated by system hourly. So for checking cell status accurately, it was not recomended u check it from there. Better from mml or CM
