Australia is probably one of the worst place to be in as far as optimization jobs are concerned...As one of our fren rightly pointed out, market is not huge and there are plenty of human resources available at a relatively low pay....try for US or the Middle East...There's plenty of opportuinity there

The recruitment agents may not tell you this:
- expect to pay 26-30% effective tax on your income;
- 9% deduction from your salary for superannuation;
- expect to pay AUD 600-800 per month per person for accomodation;
- short contracts, 6 months rolling;
- sufficient skilled engineers (local & overseas), so new recruits may be hired as drive testers;

Yes, WFA members can setup a new contracting company for RF jobs anywhere.
Just don't forget if you'll need someone doing and sorting the statistics data and do the report customization or even someone that handle from the OSS side for you guys...I'll just be a PM away!
Good Luck!
