i am doing masters thesis in rf planning and network optimization for LTE by using matlab.Can we do rf planning by importing map into matlab and do planning i.e.,placing a point as enodeb and determining best coverage and best capacity.

But i do not know how to do it can any one help me,and is there any free rf planning tools so that i can get start.

This is not Logic at all :confused:
After 3 pages, we still don't have enough information about posted Tool

Anybody can give us the meaning of this tool ?
As I know, this is a tool to calculate the TCH frequency in the set of MA list given, with a defined HSN
But in this tool, 3 cells have same MA list ( in actual, 3 cells has diff MA list ). And HSN will change from 0 - 63 --> pseudor random. So I think the coding given ( such as =IF((770+MOD(Q4,15))>778,770+MOD(Q4,15)-15,770+MOD(Q4,15)) ) is not correct
