Not only NSN, Huawei really want to buy Motorola but the US goverment do not want to sell for a China's company:).
-NSN bought the customers and the markets of Motorola, especially the US market.
-The Motorola's Radio Subsystems are very good.
-Some technology that NSN does not have: as Wimax, LTE-TDD...

Nokia merged Siemens -> NSN.

NSN bought Motorola-> Still NSN :)

Motorola still keep trademark with Mobile Device , TETRA and IDEN network.
