SMS Testing with Nemo Outdoor - Help mehn

We have to use the Nemo Outdoor to testing the SMS service. Could you please tell me if the Nemo Outdoor 4.22.83 (with N80 phone) can support that work? Is SMS Testing supported by the default (standard) configuration or is there option that we have to buy to do the test?
