As I know, you got dump from Netact (OSS) in xml format. and then you need to use NOKIA PLAN EDIT to change the format from xml to *mdb format.

I export the configuration from CM Operation MANAGER, and obtain a xml file, then I use a parser to obtain a the configuration on xls format.

I don't know if this can help you, but I attached the parser file, and also a xml macros that i recently found on the forum but i do not use yet.

why you dont use Nokia Siemens Networks NetAct Plan Editor tool to extract the dump file! its very fast and contains all tables you want
