how to change IP address in Pasolink NEO ?

I recently installed Pasolink Neo. I found out that the both the ends of the microwave wave link has the same IP address (172.18.0.1). How can i change the IP address of one of the site ? please help me out.

I tried it but it gives the error message that the IP address should be in the range from 1.0.0.0 to 255............... Is there a way to change IP address by downloading a network configuration file from other site ?
