hi all,

attached power point doc which consist of explanation to understand TEMS L3 & L2 message. counters calculation also inserted that corresponds with the L3 and L2 messages.

Hi all Experts in this forum.

First of all, I want to thank to my friends such as nevy_14 for him (her) useful document. I read all slides and feel that this document is so good.:)

Secondly, I'm wondering that what does the author, Vijitor Managey, mean in this slide (atteched image)?

1. What does the author mean when using same conditions to classify the Drop reasons (both SDCCH and TCH) but the results are different (result at right side is different from one at left side).

2. Are both branches N (No) condition?
