i can not open any way if this is Uplink-and-Downlink Balance Measurement per TRX you got from M2000 you have 11 range from 1 to 11 if you see that you MR from 6 to 1 is higher than 6 to 11 you have problem in Downlink if the MR is higher from 6 to 11 than from 6 to 1 it means you have Uplink .

The formula is
Downlink Receive Level - Uplink Receive Level - Parameter X
and
The parameter X is calculated as follows:
If Uplink and downlink balance traffic measurement optimization switch is disabled, the value of parameter X is the difference between the MS Sensitivity and the BTS Sensitivity.
If Uplink and downlink balance traffic measurement optimization switch is enabled and no TMA is configured, the value of parameter X is "MS Sensitivity - BTS Sensitivity + Diversity Gain".
If Uplink and downlink balance traffic measurement optimization switch is enabled and a TMA is configured, the value of parameter X is "MS Sensitivity - BTS Sensitivity + (△ Loss + △ Sensitivity) + Diversity Gain".

This Nice way in Huawei and very simple and simpler than nsn..

Hi,
The report is really useful to investigate the uplink or downlink problems, usually TMA's, mixed RX cables, or some antennas issues. I am using some aggregation formula to get one number for UL/DL balance evaluation, that usually indicates the UL or Downlink disbalance. So, the used formula is:
UDBL=(n1*1+n2*2+n3*3+n4*4+n5*5+n6*6+n7*7+n8*8+n9*9+n10*10+n11*11)/...
sum(n1+n2+n3+n4+n5+n6+n7+n8+n9+n10+n11). After all, you are getting one number, that describe the ballance. Like example, if you are getting values higher than 5.8 - usually it means lack of UL, if you are getting this number lower - it means lack of DL... The best way is to use daily n values, because it's depends on the traffic and if there is more traffic, the results are more precise.
BR,
