Dear all friends,
I don't know how to use reflection module in MW links design procedure.
Can everyone help me about this issue?
After defining reflective plain and modifying terrain roughness and reflection parameters, a parameter i.e. antenna heights should be chosen to see effect of it on reflections then I get a graph for relative receive signal to that parameter. This graph is a sinusoidal graph.
What is the relative receive signal? Is it the ratio between main receive signal and reflected receive signal? Which point of graph should be chosen, minimum or maximum of graph?
In the dispersion report, there are two important items: reflection loss and reflection delay. Should I maximize the reflection loss in design procedure? How much is the desired reflection delay? I think it's dependent on frequency bands.
I think professionals in MW links design and Pathloss can answer my questions.
