RNC Parameters to check after NSN RU10 upgrade

Hi Friends,

This file is useful as a reference after RU10 upgrade. This might be a reason for KPI degradation after upgrade because parameters not aligned.

This file compares the "default" RNC & RNC_CN parameter values from RAS 5.1 to RAS 06 to RU10. Got this from expert.

When I click on link, the system give me this error message:
