I forgot to tell in my post that there was a problem in the server of download link last Sept 4...that's why I posted a message if someone has already and re-upload to another link..fortunately,today, the server is now ok and I can download now..

Could someone please enlighten if this tool runs as shareware with some limitations or definitely need a license to operate?

There is nothing to try, Motorola Scout is a professional Drive test tool for Tetra networks.

You can purchase it for around 35.000 EUR

Well, I guess, every tool published on this resource is not for free, isn't it? Yet, most are shared quite successfully.
Are you trying to tell that there is no bypass to make Scout running without spending thousands of coins?

Well, anything is possible. However as i am aware no one here owns Scout dongle in order to clone it or make emu, so this leaves you only one option i assume.

... and it probably works only with Motorola "proprietary" handsets, as everything else that is labeled with "Motorola" trademark...

We use Sepura and Cassidian THR8 terminals and still waiting for Motorola free-issue trial handsets. After witnessing the case where Moto wireless system required Moto IP switch and wouldn't work with any other standard IP Level 2 switch, what would you expect from them...

Motorola Scout works with many Motorola Tetra Handsets and mobiles, no need for special firmware or anything else,

Radios need to be put in special mode over keypad and that is it.
