I am told that Samsung Z560 handset is supported by v9.3.
However it is strange that some v9.3 is supporting it while other is not.

Known fixes/patches for E6474A, version 9.3:

1) GSM Patch specifically for E6458C-100 GAP receivers to correctly make GSM Channel Analyzer measurements at the same measurement speed as all other E645xx GSM receivers.
a. GsmBch 8-Aug-06.exe is a self-extracting zipped file that will replace all affected BCH measurement DLL files in the folder C:\Program Files\Agilent Technologies\E6474a\Measurement.

2) Kyocera 2325 CDMA cable-alarm issue when used with
a. Kyocera 2325 Patch.doc is document used to install this patch listed below.
b. DCCDMA.zip

3) The new SamsungWcdma.dll fixes UMTS/HSDPA Compression Mode measurements as mobiles is passing calls from 3G network to 2G network and fixes RLC Uplink statistics from reporting values over 100%. As of October 20, the newest SamsungWcdma.dll and CommMngr.dll fix the missing UMTS messages which under certain network conditions the Qualcomm UE’s would appear to stall the sending of trace logs for up to 6 seconds, this gap would appear in the recorded data file SD5 and could also cause buffer overrun both on the UE and in the drive test application.
A. Close E6474A application before renaming or copying any files.
B. Unzip the file “Agilent_DLL_file_10-20-2006.zip” from the folder “UMTS UE DLL Update” and follow directions below which replaces the files listed below.
C. In the folder “C:\Program Files\Agilent Technologies\E6474a”,
a. rename “SamsungWcdma.dll” to “SamsungWcdma.dll_093”
b. rename “CommMngr.dll” to “CommMngr.dll_093”
D. The unzipped file SamsungWcdma.dll needs to be copied to the folder “C:\Program Files\Agilent Technologies\E6474a”
E. The unzipped file CommMngr.dll needs to be copied to the folder “C:\Program Files\Agilent Technologies\E6474a”
F. Now you are ready to re-launch E6474A for making measurements.

4) iDEN Control Channel issue described as a problem with a Color Code value being clipped when it became a server (the issue is only when Channel and CC are displayed in decimal).
a. iDEN Patch readme.doc provides step-by-step to replace and register DLLs in the file below.
b. OCX-OCF.zip

5) CDMA SMS (Sierra Wireless 555 Aircard) WAMS patch fixes the problem to allow WAMS to correctly send CDMA2000 SMS commands to the Sierra Wireless 555 Aircard..
a. SierraSMS.exe needs to be replaced in the folder C:\Program Files\Agilent Technologies\E6474a\sequencer.

I havent used AGILENT for Drive Testing but i want to know about this tool. I have used NEMO and TEMS Investigation and can easily compare both of them. I have heard lot about AGILENT and i want to try it.

Can somebody guide me if there is any crack or emulator available for Agilent? If so then for wat version? Please also tell me the HANDSET, GPS and SCANNER which will be compatible with AGILENT.

i have several question to ask:
1. is this agilent ver 9.3 installation still need to patch/crack? or we just install and run it?
2. is this version support for samsung cdma X859? if can't, is it can be subtituted by another driver? or you have a way how to upgrade the agilent?

No special handset is needed as long as Agilent has the drivers to support and its on the list of phones. Some phones which are not on the list will come up as generic but this works mostly for cdma.

I'm very familiar with e6474A up to version 9.3. I like it better than tems since data collection for multiple technologies is easier.
E6474A only works with agilent receivers.
the newer versions were designed to work with the new next generation agilent receivers. version 11 and up can work with older receivers but version 9.3 and below wont work with newer receivers. All work with phones as long as agilent supports the handset.

I used this software before. I think it's more stable than TEMS
If you want to test CDMA system, many commercial mobile can be connected such as SAMSUNG x199.But if you want to test GSM system you must use special test phone such as SAGEM or NOKIA. That's because all CPU of CDMA phone is made by Qualcomm.

I have e6474 V8.3 cradk patch But it doesn't work always. I don't know why.
Maybe someone can corret it.
